Starting with just a pick-up truck in the early 90's, Seattled-based owner, Jim Thorpe began buying and fixing up houses. Beginning with a 1,000 SF single-family house, Jim combined his background in architecture and design, with his blue-collar upbringing to start the restoration process. From finding the off-market property, performing the renovations, and selling the house himself, Jim became well versed in all phases of the renovation process and value add process. At present day, Jim has successfully renovated and over 500 properties across the Puget Sound Region, equaling over $500 Million worth of assets.
