We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be able to apply your skills to find real property opportunities, provide market assessment for pricing variables and assist our acquisitions team with generating the data needed to source inventory in a high-demand market.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
•BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
•Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
•Ability to Interpret data, and sort results using statistical techniques, and provide simple reports
•Ability to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and provide detailed reports and completed lists in database.
•Ability to Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sub-market data sets
•Ability to Filter and “clean” data by reviewing real estate reports, public info, and competitive market analysis to locate and correct filtered data sets.
