PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with administrative duties. Responsibilities include assembling real estate mailers, stapeling flyers, and printing address labels. Hours and days are flexible.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to multi-task and remain focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, etc)
• Motivated with the ability to change tasks at a moment’s notice
• Strong accountability - taking ownership of the work you produce
• Knowledge of real estate preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and on a team

JOB TYPE & COMPENSATION:

PART-TIME: $25.00/HOUR, PAID WEEKLY
FLEXIBLE HOURS: 2-6 HOUR SHIFTS: MONDAY-FRIDAY: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
